Hebei Nanpi Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd. is a large oil press manufacturer of complete sets of equipment in China. We are oil branch of Chinese Cereals and executive director unit of Oil Association.

Our company was built in 1952, as a national medium-sized enterprise. In 1998, we restructured into joint-stock enterprise with a registered capital of 4.46 million RMB, 30 million RMB of fixed assets, staffing 560 people, 130 engineering and technical personnel.

We have 300 sets of general metal machining equipment, 20 sets of large, precision and infrequent equipment, such as numerical control equipment. And our casting capacity is 2000T/year. We have national oil press machine manufacture qualification, BRI-pressure vessel production qualification and 400T cotton baler production qualification. We also have import and export right. All dominant products have attained IS09001-2000 certification.

Over the years, our company adheres to "pave the way with scientific and technological development first, win with quality, various products come first, with commercial morality for seeking credibility, with innovation for development". Since 1998, our company has undertaken national science and technology research projects continuously, has developed 150T, 300T, 500T and other large-scale oil presses and ancillary equipment, filling a blank in China and main technical parameters have reached international advanced level.

Now we have formed cleaning, shelling, crushing, rolling embryo, steaming, drying, transportation, pre-pressing, fully pressing and refining system, seven series more than 40 kinds of complete set equipment in all. We have provided 1,000T-5000T of complete sets of equipment for Laiyang Lu Hua, Donghai Oil, Huanghai Oil, Hujihua, Anhui Fengyuan, Bengbu Garden, Shanxi Zhongmin, Shanxi Qiang Sheng and other famous Chinese oil factories.

We also export to the United States, Hungary, Belgium, Brazil, Sudan, Nigeria, Indonesia, Australia and more than 30 other countries. In the country, we have maintained first of production scale, variety, market share and export for five years continuously.

In 2004, we introduced American technology successfully to develop MDYS-400 hydraulic cotton balers according to national policy and market demands. Its technical performance and degree of automation have reached advanced international standard, which have been fully affirmed by experts and acquired users' widely praises.
